Our Founder

Nkuli Phetha

Nkuli Phetha is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher with a deep commitment to helping others find balance, healing, and self-discovery through the practice of yoga. With a strong foundation in Vinyasa yoga, she has completed a 200-hour teacher training program in 2020

 

In addition to her Vinyasa certification, she has also completed a specialized 40-hour training program in trauma-informed yoga. This training has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals who have experienced trauma. By integrating trauma-sensitive principles into her teaching, she aims to help her students cultivate resilience, empowerment, and a sense of wholeness on their healing journey.

 

Nkuli's dedication to continuous learning and growth has led her to pursue further training in Yoga Nidra and Kids Yoga teaching programs. Through her ongoing studies, she is expanding her repertoire of yoga practices and techniques that cater to diverse populations, including children and individuals seeking deep relaxation and restoration. By incorporating Yoga Nidra, a state of conscious deep sleep, into her classes, she offers her students a profound experience of relaxation, stress reduction, and self-awareness.

 

With a warm and compassionate approach, she creates a nurturing space where students feel supported and encouraged to explore their own unique yoga journey. She embraces the philosophy that yoga is a holistic practice that encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced, blending creative Vinyasa flows with breath awareness, meditation, and introspection.

 

Beyond the physical aspect of yoga, Nkuli believes in the transformative power of yoga as a tool for self-discovery and personal growth. She is dedicated to helping her students cultivate mindfulness, develop a deeper connection with their bodies and breath, and discover their own inner strength and wisdom.

 

Whether you are a beginner stepping onto the mat for the first time or an experienced practitioner seeking to deepen your practice, Nkuli welcomes you to join her classes and embark on a journey of self-exploration, healing and transformation through the practice of yoga.
